Leveller
Levellers are the ‘heart’ of a cut to length line and the most efficient, technological and innovative unit in levelling process. SPOTTI SERGIO COIL PROCESSING s.r.l. levellers are fully adjustable through a modern and friendly software interface from a touch screen. Easier, faster and effective set up of the leveller adjustment, more defects and coil problems (bow, cross bow, edge waves, twist and center buckles) can be eliminated. This Is the reason why we will never stop to develop our levellers and its software (with our new type of levellers we can also guarantee sheets not only flat without any defects but also tense released!).
SPOTTI SERGIO COIL PROCESSING s.r.l. produces levellers from 0.20 mm up to 25 mm thickness up to 1.000 Mpa and from 200 mm up to 2.500 mm width. We can level any type of material (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper & magnetic). We build levellers up to 23 working rolls.
In our precision Levellers you can adjust with high accuracy movements to the following directions:
- Up and down movement for the lower back up rolls;
- Up and down in the upper set of levelling rollers;
- Inclination in entrance and exit of the upper set of levelling rolls (Movable upper levelling bank);
- Tilting of the upper working rolls by moving the movable upper levelling bank throw-out the leveling direction.

Performante Leveller
performante levelers is the result of SPOTTI SERGIO COIL PROCESSING S.r.l. R&D to solve the market problem for “laser cut quality sheets”.
The family of performante has 5 models: Model uno, Model due, Model due+, Model tre & Model quatro.
The leveling and stressed released thickness range is from 0.4 mm up to 8 mm and up to 2.5 m width coil, thought out all models.
Performante leveler is a robust & powerful construction driven by double hi-power AC motors, accurate controlled through special inverters managed by a sophisticate software. Performante leveler can delete all coil defects like coil bow, crossbow edge waves, etc by set up in the most efficient & friendly way through a touch screen running an intelligent software. The unique system of the performante leveler will be able to produce sheets with “laser cut quality”. In the running software of the performante leveler there is a function of recalling saved leveling set-up data (receipts) of previous leveling set ups, though a dedicate page on the PLC panel.
The set up of the performante leveler is through a friendly guide-through touch screen, able to be operate from any operators – even without experience of how to level the coils – by just following the steps and typing the data on the touch screen!
Performante leveler can be installed on all existing Cut to Length Lines without changing or modifying the line’s foundation, logic, electric & electronic system.
The family of performante levelers are 5-Hi type to guarantee the no-marking result on the top surface of the coil.
